参加培训课程是必要的

Nowadays, with the development of the society, it’s greatlyneed the people who master integrated skills, so that there are a growingnumber of people attend training classes to master more skills to get a goodjob. However, whether people should attend training classes or not, the answersvary from person to person. As far as I am concerned, it is necessary to attendtraining classes for the following reasons.

如今，随着社会的发展，社会上大大需要掌握综合技能的人，因而越来越多的人参加培训课程以掌握更多技能，从而获得一份好工作。然而，人们应不应该参加培训班呢？答案因人而异。在我看来，参加培训课程是必要的，原因如下。

First of all, our society is developing rapidly, and therequirements for jobs have changed gradually. Previously, people can finishtheir job as long as they master a skill. But now, situations have changed.Computer skill, language ability and knowledge about law are needed for anemployee, which helps them go further in their career.

首先，我们的社会发展迅速，对工作的要求也已经逐渐改变。以前，只要人们掌握一门技术就可以完成工作。但是现在，情况已经改变了。应聘者需要具备电脑技能，语言能力以及法律知识，这能帮助他们在职业生涯走得更远。

Besides, when we attend the training class, we can meet manypeople work in other fields. It’s a good time for us to know something newabout other fields conveniently. And we can get more information about theirfields that would be very helpful to our career.

除此之外，当我们参加培训课程的时候，我们可以认识很多在其他领域工作的人。这是我们了解其他领域的一些新事物的好时机。而且，我们可以获得更多关于他们领域的信息，这对我们的事业很有帮助。

Finally, all of us should hold the idea that it’s never toolate to learn. Learning is the only way to keep pace with the society andattending training classes may be the most effective way.

最后，我们都应该抱着学习永远不会太晚的想法。学习是我们跟上社会步伐的唯一方法，而参加培训课程可能是最有效的方法。
